Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens when I use up my allowance?
Within your monthly allowance your bot answers at no extra cost. Beyond it, each extra AI resolution is drawn from your prepaid credit balance at €0.01 each. If that balance runs out the bot pauses until you top up, so switch on auto top-up and it keeps answering without interruption.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every self-serve plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Starter needs no card (it includes up to 20 trial conversations); Pro and Business take your card up front so they convert automatically when the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you are not charged. Enterprise is sales-led, so just contact us.
