The widget does not appear
- Check the Bot ID in your embed snippet
- Make sure the script is before </body>
- Confirm your subscription or trial is active
The bot says it does not know
It only answers from your knowledge base. Add the missing content as a file, URL, or FAQ.
Replies are in the wrong language
Turn on auto-detect in Behavior, or force a specific language.
